Welcome to The Village School Admissions
At The Village School of Naples, we value diversity in our curriculum, student body, and staff. Our Admissions Team is here to guide you through a seamless and personalized application process.
The Village School is dedicated to embracing and celebrating diversity. We admit students of any race, color, religion, or ethnic origin, ensuring all students have equal access to our programs and opportunities. We do not discriminate in the administration of our educational policies, scholarships, and other school activities.
Step-by-Step Application Process
1. Inquire: Begin by submitting an inquiry form or by calling the admission office to connect with our Admissions Team.
2. Visit: Schedule a campus tour to experience life at The Village School.
3. Apply: Complete the online application and submit the non-refundable $125 application fee.
4. Submit Documents: Provide required academic records, recommendation letters, and other materials. (Individualized Education Programs, 504 Plans, and/or Psychoeducational Evaluation are not reviewed as part of the admission process; however, our experts are happy to review these documents after an acceptance and prior to enrollment to ensure we have all the necessary accommodations available.)
5. Interview: Participate in an on-site family interview to discuss your child's fit with our school.
6. Shadow: Schedule the applicant time to visit in the classroom.
7. Assessment: Most grades require an academic assessment, which can be completed during the shadow day. Or, in some cases, you may submit standardized test scores if they include national norms. If you participate in the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE), you may register for the test with extended time and provide that outside organization the necessary documentation that they request to show that your student qualifies for this accommodation.
8. Decision: Await an admissions decision and next steps.
PLEASE NOTE: If your student was previously a TVS student (one year ago, or less) there is an abbreviated application process. Please reach out to the Admission Office for more details.
