Chapel
At The Village School of Naples, our weekly chapel services provide a dedicated space for spiritual growth, reflection, and community building. Each division—ECE, Lower, Middle, and Upper School—meets individually, allowing for an age-appropriate focus on faith, personal development, and applying our Christ Skills.
Our Christ Skills are central to daily life at TVS, guiding how we interact with one another and how we approach challenges. During chapel, these skills are highlighted and brought to life, allowing students to reflect on their importance in a spiritual setting. Faculty serve as role models, exemplifying these values throughout the week. At the same time, chapel provides a dedicated time to focus on these Christ Skills—such as Patience, Integrity, Compassion, and Responsibility—and how they can be applied to students’ lives.
Through stories, prayers, or discussions, chapel reinforces the connection between these life skills and each student’s spiritual, social, and emotional development.
Each week, students come together within their respective divisions to worship and learn. This allows for messages that resonate with the unique needs and experiences of each age group:
Chapel Across Divisions
This approach allows students to experience chapel in ways that are meaningful to their stage of life while ensuring that the core values of faith and community are woven through each division.
The Christ Skills discussed in chapel help students see how faith can guide their decisions, relationships, and actions, allowing for growth that extends beyond the classroom.
