Back-to-School Open House – Monday, August 11

Join us as we kick off the new school year at The Village School of Naples! This is a great opportunity for both new and returning families to meet teachers, visit classrooms, and connect with our community.

📅 Schedule of Events:

4:00–4:30 PM – Welcome for All New Parents & Students (Sanctuary)
4:30–5:00 PM – New Family Orientation & Breakouts by Division
5:00–5:30 PM – New Families Visit Classrooms
5:30–6:30 PM – Reception for New & Returning Families (Founders Hall & Wesley Gym)
6:30–7:30 PM – Open House for All Returning Families (PreK3–12th Grade)

Health Info from School Nurse

Per FL Statute 1003.22, it is REQUIRED that we receive the following health records for students prior to their entry to The Village School of Naples:

Physical Exam form (DH-3040) - Must be dated within 12 months of entry date.
FL Certification of Immunization form (DH-680) - For out-of-state transfers, immunizations must be transcribed onto this required form by a FL Provider or the Local Health Department.

*If your student has a Religious Exemption from Immunization, please provide the required form (DH-681) signed by a FL Provider and Parent/Guardian to the school nurse.

Car Line & Safety Info from School Security

All cars that come on campus must be registered and have a TVS sticker on the windshield. You can register your car to receive a TVS Parking Sticker on MyTVS.info - simply login and look in Resources for the Parking Registration form.

Parking Lot & Car Line Safety Requirements for Anyone Driving on Our Campus Parking Lots

Obey Traffic Signs: Slow down for crosswalks, stop at stop signs, and adhere to the posted speed limits on campus.
No Blocking Intersections: Avoid blocking campus intersections or turns to maintain smooth traffic flow.
No Cell Phones While Driving: Our campus is a school zone. Cell phone use is prohibited unless it is hands-free, allowing you to remain attentive to your surroundings, emergency vehicles, and staff directing traffic.

Working together, we continually ensure that TVS remains a safe space for everyone.

Technology Info from IT Director

Students in grades 4 - 8 must bring their own chromebooks.
Students in grades 9-12 must bring a laptop of their choice.

GRADES 4 - 12 Must Bring their Devices to Campus for security updates.
Tuesday and Wednesday August 5 and 6 - Device Drop-Off Info (Grades 4–12)

9:00 AM to 3:00 PM in the Sauter Wesley Center

For NEW students and/or returning students with NEW Chromebooks/laptops, or if switching to a full-featured laptop ONLY. Label device with student’s name & grade. No cases or chargers. Include admin username & password for laptops.
- Grades 4–8: Bring any Chromebook.
- Grades 9–12: Chromebook or full-featured laptop (Mac/PC).

Returning students (Grades 5–12) with working Chromebooks/laptops: Just bring fully charged on first day—no drop-off needed. Questions? Email itadmin@tvsnaples.org
